We do not offer returns and or refunds at this time. If you are unsatifisfied with your order and or experience an issue (i.e. broken item) please reach out to us directly by using the Contact Us page. We are more than happy to look into the issue and rectify it, if appropriate!

Our products are intended for interior decorative use only. While we do seal our products we cannot guarantee that they can withstand the elements they may encounter outside!

We use birch wood for:

• Tile ladders (regular and mini);
• Single and Quad tile frames (regular and mini);
• Cutting Boards (regular, mini, and hanging);
• Welcome Sign Circles;
• Crate Wagons;
• Standing Wagons, boxes, and baskets.

MDF is used for:

• Tiles (all);
• Inserts (all).

That's right! All items are laser cut and then hand painted, hand assembled, and then sealed before being packaged.

Tiles are not magnetic. Tile ladders, frames and cutting boards are all meant to be displayed at a slight angle. If you prefer to stand them straight up or intend to hang them we recommend using velcro dots on the backs of the tile(s) to hold them in place. This is what we do for shows!
